These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kylon waitlist, website, and application (together, the "Service"), provided by Pure Reason Inc. ("Kylon", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and able to form a binding contract with us, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to disrupt or compromise it; using it to violate the law or the rights of others; uploading malware; reverse engineering it except where permitted by law; or using it to send spam, harass others, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant Kylon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
AI-generated output
The Service uses AI models to generate output based on your input. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive, and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the Service or other users.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kylon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date when we do, and material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
